\nAvec cette s\u00e9rie d’interviews, nous vous invitons \u00e0 rencontrer les personnes qui se trouvent derri\u00e8re notre entreprise de fabrication de lames. Ils jouent tous un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans le caract\u00e8re unique de notre entreprise.<\/em><\/p>\n

Salut Cindelle ! Parle-nous du travail de magasinier.<\/H2><\/p>\n

La premi\u00e8re chose que je dois faire quand je re\u00e7ois un colis, c’est l’identification de la marchandise. S’il s’agit d’aff\u00fbter des couteaux, je v\u00e9rifie toutes les informations sur les caract\u00e9ristiques d’aff\u00fbtage dans notre logiciel : dessins, mesures, … Mais si le client a besoin de nouveaux \u00e9l\u00e9ments, je donne des instructions \u00e0 l’atelier en fonction du dessin que nous allons faire : couteaux circulaires, couteaux droits. Lorsque les ouvriers ont termin\u00e9 leur travail, je reprends la marchandise et je v\u00e9rifie si tout est fait correctement. J’emballe ensuite la marchandise et j’imprime le rapport final et le remets \u00e0 ma coll\u00e8gue Viviane du service exp\u00e9dition. Parfois, je ram\u00e8ne moi-m\u00eame les marchandises aux clients avec le camion BKS.
\nEn plus de tout cela, je g\u00e8re aussi les stocks chez BKS. C’est un entrep\u00f4t o\u00f9 nos pi\u00e8ces de production sont tri\u00e9es et cod\u00e9es selon la demande du client.<\/p>\n

Es-tu seule \u00e0 faire ce travail ?<\/H2><\/p>\n

Oui, je suis seule. Mais bien s\u00fbr, si je ne suis pas l\u00e0, quelqu’un fera mon travail ! Parfois, c’est le patron ! (rires)<\/p>\n

Quelles sont les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaire pour \u00eatre magasinier ?<\/H2><\/p>\n

Je dois \u00eatre forte parce que je porte de lourdes charges. Mais parfois, je demande de l’aide \u00e0 mes coll\u00e8gues !
